How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your account at any time during your subscription by sending us an email to support@texty.pro. Note: If you cancel your subscription, your data will be permanently erased.

You can cancel your account at any time during your subscription by signing into Texty Pro and heading to Settings > Billing > and clicking on Cancel Subscription button. You may also send us an email from the email address associated with your account to support@texty.pro.

How to cancel your subscription

Details about your subscription cancelation:

  • Free Trial: No charges will be made if you cancel within your 14-day free trial period.
  • Monthly Subscription: Your monthly subscription will close at the end of your monthly billing period.
  • Annual Subscription: Your annual subscription will close at the end of your annual billing period.

Additional information about cancellations:

  • Data Retention: Once your account is closed, your data will be permanently erased.
  • Refunds: No refunds will be made per our Terms of Service.
