How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your account at any time during your subscription by sending us an email to support@texty.pro. Note: If you cancel your subscription, your data will be permanently erased.
How to cancel your subscription
You can cancel your account at any time during your subscription by signing into Texty Pro and heading to Settings > Billing > and clicking on Cancel Subscription button. You may also send us an email from the email address associated with your account to support@texty.pro.
Details about your subscription cancelation:
- Free Trial: No charges will be made if you cancel within your 14-day free trial period.
- Monthly Subscription: Your monthly subscription will close at the end of your monthly billing period.
- Annual Subscription: Your annual subscription will close at the end of your annual billing period.
Additional information about cancellations:
- Data Retention: Once your account is closed, your data will be permanently erased.
- Refunds: No refunds will be made per our Terms of Service.
