How to tell if someone read your text message
With Texty Pro, you can easily see if a team member has read a text. Once a message is read, Texty Pro displays a small badge below it.
How to tell if someone read your text?
When you or a team member reads a text message, a 'Seen by:' badge will appear, showing profile photos of those who have read it. Hover over the badge with your mouse to see the names of all team members who have read the message. On our mobile apps, the same badge will appear, and tapping it will display the names, just like on the web app.
How to tell if your text message was delivered?
Unfortunately, landline text messaging uses SMS (Short Message Service), a technology from the 90s, and doesn't support read receipts. However, it does offer delivery receipts. A single checkmark means the message was sent, while a double checkmark means it was delivered to the recipient's mobile carrier.
