How to Archive Text Messages

Archiving text messages is a useful way to keep your text message inbox organized while still retaining important conversations. You can archive conversations using either the web platform or the mobile app. Here’s how:

By moving inactive chats out of your main inbox, you can focus on the most relevant and active discussions without distractions. With Texty Pro, you can archive conversations using either the web platform or the mobile app. Here’s how:

Archiving text messages on the Web

  1. Open Texty Pro on your web browser.
  2. Select the conversation you want to archive.
  3. In the upper right corner, click on the Archive button.
  4. The conversation will be moved to the Archive tab.

Archiving text messages on the Mobile App

Method 1:

  1. Open the conversation you want to archive.
  2. Tap the three-dot menu icon in the upper right corner.
  3. Select Archive to move the conversation to the Archive tab.

Method 2:

  1. Swipe left on the conversation in your inbox.
  2. Tap the Archive button.

How to View Archived Text Messages

  • To view archived conversations, go to the Archive tab.
  • Click on any archived conversation to view previous messages.
  • If you wish to move the conversation back to the Inbox, click on the Unarchive button.
  • If a new message is received in an archived conversation, it will automatically be unarchived and moved back to the Inbox.

By following these steps, you can keep your Texty Pro inbox clutter-free while still retaining access to past conversations when needed.
