If you already have a list of business contacts, you can simply import them into Texty Pro.
Texty Pro supports importing of contacts via CSV (Comma Separated Values) file format. To import your contacts, you will need to export your existing contacts stored on your CRM or contact management software as a CSV file.
Once you have exported your contacts as a CSV file, go to Contacts tab to start importing your contacts.
Texty Pro supports following contacts data: First_Name, Last_Name, Business_Name , Job_Title, Phone_Number , Email_Address, Street_Address, City, State, Zip_Code, Blocked, Tags
Clicking on the Overflow icon (3 horizontal dots) found in the top right hand corner to open a dropdown with the option to import your contacts.
The Template CSV file includes 2 sample contacts with the following data: First_Name, Last_Name, Business_Name , Job_Title, Phone_Number , Email_Address, Street_Address, City, State, Zip_Code, Blocked, Tags
You may add tags separated by commas or add a contact to the blocked list by adding a Yes in the Blocked column. Otherwise, you may simply leave it blank or add a No in the Blocked column to add your contacts.
Do not modify the headers in the CSV file. Begin by deleting the 2 sample contacts and adding your exported contacts to this CSV file. Make sure to save the file as CSV file.
Click on the Upload CSV File to import your contacts.
