How to set up your business details such as your business address or hours of operations
To update your business logo, go to Settings > General Tab. This logo is used internally and is also displayed externally in places such as your Text Us Widget.
To update your business address, simply navigate to Settings > General Tab. This address is used as dynamic text for auto replies and canned responses.
To update your hours of operation, navigate to Settings > Account Details and add your business hours. If your account has multiple numbers, go to Settings > Account Name > Account Details.
Yes, you can change your business name and image at any time. You can start by going into Business Details in the settings tab.
